This landmark occasion, envisioned and willed by Rev. Fr. Bobby Calunsag, marks the beginning of a new chapter in the journey of Christian brotherhood.

Though many ICCR members have never met in person, this convention is more than a meeting—it's the birth of a true spiritual fraternity, rooted in love, unity, and the shared mission of evangelization.

Membership Fee and Account Information Fr. Bobby introduced the new official account of ICCR Family APS: CIBAH - IT1100760116200001081940379 Membership fee is €20 YEARLY for all ICCR members. Members in the Philippines are EXEMPTED from the fee.
Payments must be deposited directly to the ICCR APS account via SEPA. Adriana explained the correct wording for deposits: *For membership fee: “Erogazione liberale a sostegno delle spese di gestione corrente a favore di ICCR Family APS - quota annuale € 20.” * For Donations: “Erogazione libera per mese.”
Note: Yearly contribution “membership fee” ( obligatory) Donations ( free offering) Funds will be used for the operational needs of the association.
Clarification on Membership Status Sis. Julie asked who is obliged to give the €20 yearly fee. Fr. Bobby clarified: A new membership form will be created for complete membership. Old forms remain valid as for archive only. Those who attend prayer meetings but have not filled out the new form will be considered associate members. Associate members do not receive all privileges of full members, but spiritually everyone is equal. All are encouraged to become full members.
Statement from members: Ceria Marasigan: willing to give €20 and fill out the form Leah Bautista: willing to support ICCR Family, but not ready to submit the form; looking for his brother company to help ICCR. Fely Maucher: willing to give €20 yearly Gemma Cañas: supports the program Hilda Lacbongan: willing to help even though she had another community. Maria Santonocito: willing to give Amelia Untalan: willing to help as much as possible Alex Aguinaldo: introduced salad master as a possible partner; willing to train members and give €20 yearly.
Anabelle Aurelio: submitted resignation as Cosenza Chapter Coordinator. Fr. Bobby: accepted her resignation and clarified that Sis. Anabelle only resigned from her position not as iccr member; added that Bro. Lloyd Razon will be the new Cosenza Chapter Coordinator. 4. ICCR APS - Integration into the Italian APS System Fr. Bobby explained that ICCR APS is entering the Italian and European APS framework, which includes: European acknowledgment Digitalization of the association Access to the 5 per mille benefit Planning for Family assistance Cooperative and livelihood hubs This is not rules but legal and administrative requirements for the recognized APS organizations.
5. Other Matters Event on August 10 and 16: Sis Mabel asked about funding? Fr. Bobby explained that, for the meantime, the members will shoulder the necessary expenses, and these will be reimbursed to them—as long as official receipts are provided—once ICCR has sufficient funds. Sis. Mabel and Sis. Anabelle stated that this should be clearly communicated to the member in Cosenza—that reimbursement will not be immediate and that they will need to wait until funds become available, possibly around six months, more or less. Fr. Bobby added that the coordinator will be responsible for explaining this to the member in Cosenza.
Fr. Bobby further clarified that the Cosenza Chapter should utilize its existing chapter fund to cover the expenses for the upcoming event. Reimbursement will be issued once the ICCR Main has sufficient funds available. This directive was duly acknowledged and affirmed by Bro. Alex Aguinaldo. 6. Closing Adjournment and final blessing were given by Fr. Bobby Calunsag Meeting ended at 5:22 p.m. Authorization: The Secretary is authorized to sign on behalf of all participants.
